FutureGrid Core Software Consulting Co., Ltd. sells professional programming consulting through scoped engagements and paid advisory sessions. This policy applies once fees are agreed in writing.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid fees for services not yet delivered. Work that has been performed according to the statement of work is non-refundable except where quality defects are documented and not remedied within a reasonable cure period.
Cancellation by client
- Advisory sessions: Cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start for a full credit toward a future session; shorter notice may forfeit the session fee.
- Scoped projects: Termination requires written notice. You pay for accepted deliverables and hours logged through the termination date; unused prepaid retainers for undelivered milestones are refunded within fourteen (14) business days.
Cancellation by us
If we cannot perform (for example, conflict of interest or force majeure), we refund unused prepaid amounts and provide work-in-progress artifacts where applicable.
Deposits
Project deposits are applied to the first milestone. Deposits are refundable only if we decline the engagement before work starts or as stated in your statement of work.
No-shows
Missing a scheduled session without notice counts as delivery and is billable.
How to request a refund
Email info@futuregrid-core.digital with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three (3) business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days unless banking rules require longer.
