What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and your message about pipeline or programming needs.
- Cookie choice: a value stored locally on your device indicating whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage (see our Cookie notice).
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.
Purposes and legal bases (PDPA)
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps you initiate (legitimate interest and, where applicable, contract preparation). We store your cookie preference to respect your choice (consent for that local storage item).
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal obligation, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@futuregrid-core.digital; we respond within reasonable timeframes required by law.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, your data may be processed on servers located in Thailand or where our email provider hosts messages. We use providers with appropriate safeguards when required.
Security
We apply access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS) for the public site. The inquiry form posts JSON to /api/inquiry on the same domain; protect messages you send accordingly.
