This page describes how we structure data pipeline programming work when you hire FutureGrid Core for a scoped engagement—not a product subscription.
Discovery artifact
We produce a short pipeline map: sources, landing zones, transform layers, and consumers. The map calls out schema contracts, retry policy, and where observability is missing today.
Build window
Programming happens in your repo or a branch you control. Commits stay small; each merge request ties to a test that proves row counts or checksums for a sample day.
Verification gate
Before handoff we run agreed fixtures: late-arriving facts, empty partitions, and poison messages. You sign off on pass/fail criteria—not on vanity coverage percentages.
After delivery
Optional advisory hours cover tuning and backlog grooming. New pipelines or major stack changes need a fresh scope letter.
